Netflorist ruined my Valentine's day

Thank you Netflorist for claiming the flowers I ordered 2 weeks ago, for delivery today, was done. I am in Pretoria and my wife in Mosselbay so to make it easier being away from each other, Netflorist was the solution. Seeing that it is Valentine's day I ordered early to insure it gets delivered without delays, but wow, how you disappointed me. I received an email 15:32 to confirm it was delivered but when I called my wife at at 17:00, she said she has no idea what I am talking about and she never received anything. Now Valentine's day is on the 14th of February ONLY and if it gets delivered tomorrow, it was a waste of money and I lost my confidence in Netflorist. Being away from my wife is horrible, but you guys over promising and under delivering, sorry not delivering, is a disgrace
