Netflorist ruined my planned engagement!!!

I wish to thank Netflorist for ruining my planned engagement with my girlfirend yesterday. One of the items were not in stock, a lady from Netflorist then emailed me to ask if i wanted a refund, i answered yes - but then they failed to deliver the other items. The service has been absolutely disgusting, i have emailed them & tried calling them numerous times - with no answer. Netflorist can go to hell if they think that i will ever support them again!!! I know have to make other arrangements to propose to my girlfriend.
