Netflorist Ruined my brothers birthday

i placed an order online to have a personalized gift delivered to my brother who is in another town on the 08/01/2019 paid for the gift to be delivered on the 15/01/2019 on the morning of the 15/01/2019 which is the day of delivery and 7 days after i have placed the order i receive and email from netflorist stating that they are out of stock and not able to deliver my package. i sent two emails requesting to be called back with no feedback i later decided to call them i first spoke to Nabeela who said that she can see the package was dispatched and she cant see what went wrong and asked if i can hold while she calls the stock department i then hold on the phone for more than 10 minutes using most of my airtime. i then decide to drop the phone as Nabeela did not get back to me i then wait 20 minutes to see if she would call me back and after a while i decided to call in again i then spoke to another consultant who told me that they dont have that item in stock i then asked what can he do for me he tells me he will call the stock department and call me back he eventually calls me back to inform me that they can only deliver the package on thursday i then told him that is not acceptable i need a solution today he then tells me he cannot assist me. i then requested to speak to his manager Warren who told me the same thing that the refund would take 3-10 days or they can deliver only by thursday or they can send flowers instead to my brother. when i informed him that this was not acceptable and not my fault that they only notified me on the day of delivery he then told me there is nothing he can do. this is not good customer service. when you as a company make a mistake you should try to compensate a client by offering then a discount, an additional gift or make a plan to deliver something other than flowers on the same day to a man. on your website you advertise same day delivery this is a bunch of ******* . it was not the first time i ordered from you but it will definitely be the last.
