Netflorist ruined my anniversary and cant read time

Due to the COVID 19 virus I am not with my husband on our anniversary- decided to surprise him with a nice hamper to celebrate virtually. Unfortunately Netflorist disappointed me and ruined our anniversary. I ordered well in advance then got a mail the hamper I ordered no longer available - chose another one. Then on the 4th no delivery - phoned them they promised today @ 11 even confirmed with my husband. Not sure if they have a problem reading time or we might be in different time zones- still nothing???? Wonder what they are doing with Mother's DAY pls don't order from them
