NETFLORIST RUINED MY 1ST VALENTIINE

I am totally disapointed with Netflorist. My ruined my 1st valentine. I ordered 3 items all 3 personlised on the 10 February 2024. They showed next delivery date 12 February 2024. I changed date to 14 February 2024. Only received 1 items at 15:00 on the day. I immediately contacted them and they assured me it will be delivered in the day. By 21:30 still no delivery. Then I get a mail sorry couldn't be delivered and will be delivered with priority the 15/02/2024. Received the one item. Still waiting for the item and yet again I am assured the other one will still be delivered. Will wait and see :( My finance gift to me was delivered. Then he asked if I got the other one???? I was totally shocked. I enquired about this and they said it was delivered via courier and they will make contact with me to get the other one. I contacted the courier myself to enquire and they tell me they one received on parcel from Netflorist. So who is lying now.
