Netflorist ruined a special occasion while Im in lock down in foreign country

Biggest mistake I made was to order something for my wife while I'm away on lock down in another country. I ordered a card, helium balloon and chocolate covered strawberries. Delivery was delayed by a day with no communication from Netflorist even though I paid for delivery on a certain day. Then they delivered old strawberries and didn't deliver the balloon I ordered. I emailed them asking where my delivery is, then I emailed again to complain about the lack of balloon and old strawberries no one had the decency to respond.
