Netflorist rip-OFF

After purchacing from netflorist over the past few years, i ordered a flower and fruit basket medium sized of 5 hundred and something from them. For my mother in laws birthday. They sent ma an email that stated that hooda was delivered. After some enquiries i called them. And said that my mom never received anything. After quite some time being on the lone with them they said it was an error from their side and will deliver within 2 hours. As usual, my sister in law sends me pics of what it looks like. I could not believe my eyes when i saw what was delivered compared to what i ordered. I sent them an email with pics included and told them how disgusted i was. After 1 week there was still no reponse from them and then i emailed them again to say that o wont ever order anything from them. Ever again.
