Netflorist refund nigjtmare

So i placed an order only to cancel it because due to unforeseen circumstances.i called netflorist advising i would like a refund and she assured me it will take up to 1-3 business days for tbe refund to reflect in my account.Then i called again and the next person advised me 3-5 working days for tbe refund to show in my account...im still waiting for the refund but train your staff properly and stick to one story
