NetFlorist - Recommend to use a different service

I would recommend not to use this service if you want to create a special moment for someone. Ordered (Pink Roses Bath and Body Hamper NSP6186) and instead only received the little black bag with some goodies. No flowers and no card and the order was placed on a Monday which gave the company time to make sure the order was correct.

Contacted *** [#***] Issue with delivery and looks like there is not going to be any assistance from the company. I also expect that they going to respond to this post with some message that they will look into the issue to improve their service, yet the moment has still been ruined and wasted time, money and trust into Netflorist all for nothing.

Update:

Call Centre Agent is unable to see the difference between the picture of the hamper on their website and the picture of a black goodies bag. Strange how it would not be possible to verify that there are clearly flowers missing at least.
