NETFLORIST QUALITY DELIVERY SYSTEM...NOT!!!

i placed an order at 8am for a birthday bouquet and specified it needs to be delivered before close of business. after numerous calls to the call centre and online tracking still no delivery was made. the call centre agents refused to help and just put you on hold and proceed to cut all your calls. i demanded a refund on my delivery charges and the agents cut your call when you request for a refund after their sarcastic and bad attitude has been provided as their quality service. your stuff is not cheap and to receive such bad service is so disappointing. i will never use netflorist for anything again!
