NETFLORIST ****PY SERVICE

Today was my anniversary and I had placed an order for a few items totalling to approx. R2000.

All details provided was correct, yet the couriered delivered to the wrong address. I then receive a call from Netflorist advising me that they made an error and will redeliver the items.

I was informed that the courier would deliver within an hour, 4 hours later, no delivery.

It was so embarrassing to have my wife late the whole day and yet nothing was delivered. She was highly annoyed and it seemed like nothing was order and I provided lies.

The consultants I have spoken to advised me assured me that the delivery will be corrected, yet nothing was done.

Now the next day after someone else having the flowers and gifts for 24 hours, Netflorist wants to deliver the same items to my wife.

Can you believe the nerve!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service from Netflorist. Never ever using their ****py service again.
