Netflorist - Promotion of R100 off voucher is *********

Promotion of R100 off voucher is ********* - Check you email inbox carefully before procesessing your next payment as the discounted voucher is not reflected in the payment processing section of the 'Checkout' screen. Events: 1. I ordered 2x bouquets from Netflorist, with 10 minutes of each other, and I had to process the payments individually, as they were to be delivered to 2 separate addresses, in different provinces; 2. When I went back to purchase the second bouquet, and proceeded to checkout, I wasn't notified, in the payment section, that I was due a R100 off this purchase; 3. I only discovered that I was due R100 off the 2nd purchase when I went to check, in my email inbox, that the payments were successfully processed; 4. I phoned Netflorist headoffice on Fri 10th Aug, at 13:20, only to be told that I have lost the voucher and no-one can assist as the 'vouchers are in their voucher portal' (Whatever that means); 5. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the floor managers are not available and had already been in a meeting for over an hour - I left my details for someone to respond
