Netflorist product disappointing.

Easy to order but the product delivered had missing items, was not packaged as per the online image and a nice gift is not meant to have a huge sticker on it with a barcode smack bang in the middle of the gift. Customer services were polite but due to company policies could not provide a good solution. The solutions were either it would be sorted another day or the missing items would be refunded for. This meant the gift for my husband on his birthday would be incomplete and honestly the gift looked thoughtless instead of thoughtful.
