Netflorist prime service WOW

Yesterday was my 10 year anniversary, I placed an order for my husband to be surprised, at 4 in the afternoon I was told that they will deliver tomorrow??? I had to be on numerous calls with netflorist fighting with them to get my stuff delivered. I had to call my husband and ask him to wait at the office for netflorist because 8ts my job to accommodate netflorist as the driver couldn't not be rerouted so much for the surprise factor!!! Yesterday my anniversary was ruined as netflorist stressed and upsetted me so bad. Tell me why do you do this to customers? The point of your service is to bring joy!!!! I then got an email saying since payment has not been made we will refund you WHAT??? I PAID 1300!! NOTHING REFUNDED NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! guys look for an alternative netflorist will just take your money and ruin your day! They don't deserve to be apart of your special occasion!
