Netflorist - Poor service, when will the flowers be delivered?

I have ordered flowers to be delivered on 25 October 2019, I had to pay before 12h00 for the order to be executed and delivered on the same day, i.e. 25 October.

It was not delivered as promised. On their website, under track my order, it is still being processed, not even en route.

I have written an e-mail to complain but have received an automated reply and no feedback at all from Netflorist.

I have no idea when the flowers will be delivered.

Poor service, definitely not using them again.
