Netflorist Poor Service delivery and incorrect items delivered

I live in Western cape and order 2 items on Netflorist website. It was my mums birthday and she lives in KZN.

Firstly if it's more than 2 items then the delivery is done by 2 seperate drivers and this is on the T&C. So mum received snacks first and thereafter later that evening the chocolate arrangements.

The chocolate arrangement I chose was Lindt however they sent me std chocolate and the arrangement was not as per what I had chosen. I paid R430 plus R89 delivery.

The whole excitement was gone because of the incorrect item being delivered. Instead of enjoying her birthday mum had to send pictures to me to show the difference. I have complained on their whatsapp line and awaiting a remedial action.

This is pathetic service and this is after many years that I have used them and will never use them again. A whole surprise was spilt by their pathetic service.
