Netflorist poor service delivery.

I had the worst experience with this company.how do u only call me that my order wont be delivered same day as promised in your website after taking my money.so i had to change the delivery address with one of #Netflorist consultants when they told me they cant deliver same day and guess what the gift was delivered to the first address to strangers,they didn't even call to say they are there.you guys ruined my birthday surprise with your false advertising.
