Netflorist poor service delivery

My husband had ordered flowers from netflorist to surprise me. They had delivered the wrong flowers. When he enquired they redelivered the wrong flowers again. Very frustrated, my husband tried to escalate the matter as the flowers he ordered was valued at R600 and what they delivered was not to the same value. Needless to say, netflorist then wanted to reimburse him with a R79 voucher. We have tried reaching the platforms on social media but are being blocked and our posts removed! Very frustrated with the lack of service and response we are getting from Netflorist. I would not recommend Netflorist at all!!!
