Netflorist poor service

I ordered a JC Le Roux Non Alcoholic Gift Hamper and it was supposed to have delivered on 25 November 2022 as per order NR *** After i requested that the address be changed , i got confirmation that the order is ready and should just be picked up , yet nothing happened ,no communication , no phone call or even a message to advise . Again , this level of service needs allot to be desired and this is simply just a utter poor experience with Netflorist .
