NetFlorist - POOR SERVICE

I ordered flowers as a suprisse for my wife's birthday. Flowers never arrived. She left her work place around 5pm as she was on the road they called her after 5pm that the flowers have now just arrived by security. No one contacts you to tell you that your delivery will come/late. You just wait and realize when it has not come that nothing VERY UNHAPPY
