NetFlorist poor service

I placed an order on the 27th of December 2023. Was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of December 2023. Received an email to say it will not be delivered but will be prioritized for delivery the 29th December 2023... I confirmed via WhatsApp the delivery for the 29th at about 12 O'clock... They confirmed the delivery and advised me that for residential addresses they deliver till 8pm... Needless to say. No delivery was done. Only to receive an email on the 30th to say they will only deliver on the 2nd of January 2024.... I phoned them to cancel my order as I will no longer need it by then. They cancelled my order while I was still on hold with the operator... Said they will start the refund proses in 3 to 5 working days. I feel this is totally unacceptable as they didn't wait 3 to 5 working days to take the money out of my account. I will be sure to never order from them ever again. I find there service totally unacceptable!!! I am beyond frustrated
