Netflorist poor service

My boyfriend and I always used netflorist but this experience where their took he's money didn't deliver the gift which got canceled and never even credit he's account...he has been emailing and calling but failed to respond this is ridiculous the service of you guys are gone down you guys should be ashamed of not helping your customers
