Netflorist poor service

Hi Im very disgusted with Netflorist. My husband paid on the 30th of january for my valentines gift which was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of February, they failed to deliver and came today on the 18th of February to only deliver a box of chocolate with NO FLOWERS which my husband paid R400 for!!!!! Im so annoyed with Netflorist. My reference is thando mathebula kwa-Guqa
