NETFLORIST POOR POOR EXECUTION OF YEAR END GIFTS

I am utterly disappointed in Netflorist!!!

I have placed numerous Order with Netflorist throughout the year and I have put my trust in Netflorist for my Corporate Year-End gifts this year; WHAT A DISASTER!!! I spent R65 907.76 with you for my clients gifts as well as an additional R 11 294.58. That’s R 77 202.34 worth of gifts and you guys messed it up!!

First of all: I have a Client who has 2 Branches; 1 in Johannesburg and 1 in Cape-Town 7 of the Gifts that was addressed to Johannesburg, got Delivered to Cape-Town. Not only are there 7 individuals in Johannesburg who were left empty handed on Friday; whilst everyone else got gifts, I have to now, organise my Courier to collect form Cape-Town and Deliver to me, so that I can check everything and get it sent to my client

Another client in cape-Town; received a Giftbox, unnamed, without a card or anything. I don’t even know who it’s for; that’s how you messed up!! Now, once again; I have to now, organize my Courier to collect form Cape-Town and Deliver to me.

I received a gift for one of my yesterday; her expensive champagne was cheaply covered in white paper; which was torn by the time it got to us. The Lindt chocolates I added, was just attached, loose; not put in the box, or wrapped with a bow or anything. Just left loose. The flowers looked in a bad condition. This is a gift of over R4000

I am SO GRATEFUL that I had the gift Delivered to us; so that I could re-pack and re-do everything, before taking it to her. This again, cost me more money

Another client; I Ordered PER423 a Thank you Box with Lindt choccies. The lady got a Thank you Box with her name; but the gent got a personalized Happy Birthday Sharlene!!! How shocking and embarrassing!!!

I am really really utterly disappointed in Netflorist. I actually consider, never buying from you again. This is shocking!!!

And what’s worse, my name is on everything!!! I look like a complete and utter idiot, not only infront of my clients, but to my boss as well
