Netflorist poor delivery services

Not really happy with the delivery. I made an order to surprise someone special to me at work. 2 of my order were delivered on time. However, the highlight was not delivered during work hours, and I received a notification stating that a delivery had been made at 21:05 which I find worrisome as her offices close at 18:00 in the evening so generally not happy with the delivery of my gift that I spent a lot of money on for poor service.
