Netflorist Poor Delivery service

I am extremely disappointed with NetFlorist’s service. I placed an order for delivery today and was assured by Customer Care that it would arrive before 16:00. It is now 16:48 and the delivery has still not arrived.

I tried to follow up online at 15:50, but no one has responded at all. Our offices close at 17:00 like most businesses, and I am now forced to sit and wait unnecessarily—with no communication, no update, and no accountability.

This is not a free gift. I paid for both the item and the service. What I’ve received is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I expected better from a company like NetFlorist.
