NETFLORIST POOR DELIVERY

I received a gift chocolates and an orchid for Mothers day. Firstly one box of chocolates short, which they resent. I sent a whatsapp to Netflorist, with photos, showing that the orchid was wilted. After many messages I got a call to say theyre out of stock for replacement, now on following up on the order, this is what nonsense I get told:- "Normally when we deliver the flowers, it's normal to be a little wilted. Kindly note that I will put a note on the order status log and the our Florist Team will verify same". How ridiculous is that.... normal to receive wilted flowers????!!! And so I now wait once again, listening to all their excuses
