NETFLORIST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

NetFlorist delivered my very special Valentines Day gift with a missing item. I have attempted to contact them several times, using the e-mail address advertised on their website but still have not received the courtesy of a response to date. This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any service provider of this nature.
