Netflorist poor customer service and delivers very late

12 July was my birthday, a friend of mine wanted to surprise me with a gift from NetFlorist. During the day he called to check if I have received my order and I told him no. Then he ended up telling me that he ordered a gift from Netflorist and they assured him that they will be delivered to me at work the same day. I left the office very late, waiting for my gift and there was nothing delivered. I called their office and they informed me that the delivery guy is out for delivery and he will call me once he arrives in our premises. I left the office and still there was no call. I only received my gift today, still nobody contacted me from Netflorist. I went home with a broken hurt knowing that I should have received my gift on my birthday. I have heard stories about poor service and late delivery from them, I have experienced it. They don't care about their customers the only thing they care about is money. Birthday ruined thanks to them.
