Netflorist Poor and Extremely dissapointing

Very disappointing. Ordered a bunch of roses with leaves from a picture where it's illustrated on their website. My daughter received her birthday flowers yesterday, it looks like a R50 bunch of flowers in stead of R299 exluding R78 delivery fees. After more than 18 email messages as well as more than 10 calls from my side, this is still not resolved. Netflorist help desk promised to send a new bunch before 11 am today, it never happened. I even lodged a complaint on their fb page, they just responded with a sorry, and we will deliver a new bunch, we are till waiting.... I am trying to cancel my second order for next week. Also I will NEVER order from Netflorist ever again, I wish I could post a picture of the flowers, it's shocking.
