NetFlorist - please stop sending SPAM emails

SPAM is defined as "unsolicited usually commercial messages such as emails". Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Act No. 25 of 2002 (“the ECT Act”), if you cancel or notify a company that you do not wish to receive their communications and they continue to send, in this case emails, they could be in breach of the Act. Clause 45 states: Any person who sends unsolicited commercial communications to a person who has advised the sender that such communications are unwelcome, is guilty of an offence and liable, on conviction, to the penalties prescribed in section 89(1).
