Netflorist places orders from a picture not the description

I order a Gift Hamper for a 70th Birthday. The Flowers are delivered on time. But the order is incomplete. The Description says - " to make the gift even more special we included a box of ".... That is where the issues comes in, that part of the order does not arrive. When I contacted them, they say the description on their website is wrong. Today a week later, the description is still on their website as I saw it. I call again, and their explanation is we must look at the pictures and not go by the description.

Be careful what you order, because they don't go by their descriptions. The packer obviously cannot read.
