Netflorist peraonilised biltong cutter date wrong and card useless

Terrible... I've 4 tines from NetFlorist, every single time there's some sort of issue. This time I ordered a personilised biltong cutter, the date came out wrong, instead of "2026" it has "3026"... The finishing of the wood is still very rough and the wood is splitting. I ordered a card as well, when you input your message they have an emoji keyboard which I used, the card has blocks instead of the actual emojies. I am not impressed at all, for the money that I paid I would have expected much better and I would expect a proper job, not something that I need to make a plan in changing an engraved date and buying a brand new card again...
