Netflorist - pay back my money!

I purchased a gift from Netflorist and requested delivery on Valentines day. The gift was delivered the following week. No communication from them and poor communication during the days that followed. Netflorist has dishonoured its brand and regretfully, my faith. Netflorist had *****ed my experience in such a bad way that I will never ever support them again, nor will the people and companies I am attached to support them again. I want a full refund!!!
