netflorist pathetic service from delivery and Supervisor

Most pathetic services , emails from management with no tactfulness! I have never in my life dealt with a supervisor as *********** as Wendall Adams, I am appalled! I asked to he contacted at 7 pm , Wendals reply was ‘ i dont work at 7 pm’ its days later and i have not heard anything from netflorist!
