Netflorist Pathetic Service

What a pathetic useless company I've ever dealt with. I ordered birthday flowers to be delivered yesterday, until to-date it hasn't been delivered and my friend birthday was yesterday. I called the call center yesterday spoke to a lady by the name of Nontsikelelo and she could'nt answer any question I was asking her about the delivery. I asked her to atleast put me through to her supervisor/manage so I can escalate my matter to him/her she also failed to put me through. She said I must send the email to orders department which I did. my email was acknowledged but no one from Netflorist bothered to reply my email. Today I called again and i spoke to a guy by the name of Virgil and he called their delivery department to check how far is the driver, he said it will be delivered before 13h00 until now no delivery was done. my friend couldn't go anywhere yesterday waiting for their delivery so as today. Service of this company is just pathetic and disappointing I will never order from them and I will also tell everyone in my circle about this experience
