Netflorist Pathetic service

Netflorist had a system glitch and created a double order for an order I made. I raised this on Friday and it still has not been resolved by today (Monday). The person that was suppose to receive the gift for mothers day did not receive it. Secondly a second gift was suppose to be delivered and the driver came while they were at church. we asked to come back and no one has returned as yet. Pathetic service from a well known company.
