Netflorist pathetic service!

Most pathetic service ever! I placed my order at 08:00am for a same day delivery for an anniversary gift and was assured that the ETD would be 13:55pm, after countless calls and holding on for nearly 30 minutes at a time while the consultants "try and get hold of the driver", the recipient of the gift gets told the delivery will only take place the next day! I am furious with Netflorist as they actually just ruined my anniversary.
