Netflorist- pathetic service !!!!

Ordered an anniversary gift for delivery on 2/12/2020 for same day delivery. No delivery. Emailed. no response. Called in the next morning to track order. Was told my order was listed as "personalised" hence the delay . Was then notified that it will be delivered on the same day once delivery vehicle is available. At 4:30 the same day I called to track delivery and then was told due to production department delay it will then be delivered the following day (4/12/2020). Which was obviously pointless as our anniversary has passed a day ago . No communication to let me know what's going on . I'm absolutely devastated at the pathetic service received from such a well-know, reputable company. By the way. Its 20:27 on 3/12/2020 still no response to email . What a lovely way to "surpise" someone on their anniversary
