Pathetic service! I need the contact numbers and email addresses for your CEO and co-founder, Ryan Bacher and Jonathan Hackner. You company has no complaints procedure and your frontline staff have no idea what they are doing. You have no escalation processes in place visible to the public on any of your platforms. Failing which, I will be lodging a TCF complaint and a complaint with CGSO. You are not above reproach.
