Netflorist overpromises and undelivers!
Let me sketch the scenario first. I placed valentines day order on the 9th of February. I realised, that the delivery address defaulted to a previous address I used. This was done online. Subsequently I called the contact centre the morning of the 11th to chane the address.
I received an email from Vhonani (# ********** ), confirming the delivery address was done. I called twice and on both times I was assured the delivery address was changed.
Fast forward to the 14th, delivery date. At about 17:00 the delivery was not made as yet. I called and spoke to Bradley. He explained that the driver was 5 minutes away from the incorrect address. He also confirmed that they won't be able to make the delivery to the requested correct address (even though they confirmed they corrected the system). He assured me, they will make it a priority delivery the next day.
So as per usual I have to follow up on their *********** staff. I call the morning of the 15th and guess where is the package going to? The wrong address AGAIN! How *********** and utterly useless and dysfunctional can one bussiness be. I spoke to Vuyo, asked him, if I can pick up the package at the distribution centre and deliver it myself. He just said no, unfortunately the delivery won't happen on the 15th and there is nothing I can do.
I asked him, to ask Wendall, who is supposedly the supervisor to give me a call. This was in the morning. I send an email to Wendall and Cazley on the 14th, no response.
I call again and I get helped by Brendon. This guy actually tries and help, by calling the driver, telling her where the delivery should go, etc. I asked him again to as Wendall to call me. He followed up with me at 11 am, stating he has left the message with Wendall to call. I emailed Wendall and Cazley again. No response AGAIN!
I will let the world know that you are the most useless and *********** business who after they had my money, almost R700, had a whatever attitude.
I will get the details of your most senior management and send the confirmation of change in address as well as my unresponded emails addressed to your good for nothing supervisors Wendall and Cazley!
You don't deserve to spoil another person's day. Your organisation sells happiness, yet all I received was a feeling that you should be in the business of RUBISH!
