Netflorist... over promise under deliver

Absolutely appalled and the service from this company this entire year.. ion 3 separate occasions they have embarrassed me and let me down.

in February 2020 i ordered my husband a valentines gift while my husband went all out on his gift to me... mine didn't even pitch.... so disappointed and my husband thought i forgot to send him a gift. i sent in a complaint and no body even bothered to contact me to apologies.

2nd time i ordered a cake for daughters 1st birthday.... i waited... i waited... and nothing... i then wrote int to them and expressed my disappointment.... no reply for 2 weeks and at the end of the month my refund was processed. they have ruined my daughters 1st birthday and thats something i can never have back.

3rd time after expressing how i dont like the service a consultant assured me they would make sure that my gift are delivered on time i went ahead and bought my dad a birthday gift..... and again nothing was delivered..., i ama absolutely gutted.... disgusted and once again embarrassed by Net-florist and how they over promised and under deliver.

i just never want to use this lousy service again
