Netflorist orders

I am very disappointed yet again! They don't give times when delivery will take place nor do they let you know they are on their way so needless to say we missed our delivery, Finally received it and here the gift is not even ours. A personalized gift and we received someone else', also from what I can see it does not even look like what they advertised. Its done so cheap and it costs a fortune. I will never use them again.
