NetFlorist order not delivered

I ordered a gift for special someone on the 6th of August for delivery on 07 August and to date (09 august) the gift has not been delivered and there is no communication whatsoever from Netflorist, what kind of service are you running because if you confirm delivery date you should at least let me know if there are any changes.
