NetFlorist or NOFlorist

In the last week I have been let down by NetFlorist 4 times, firstly they told me that the reason they could not deliver a sympathy gift was due to Mothers day sorry just because its mothers day in a week does not mean people are not dieing and but I said okay and placed my order for delivery yesterday 14th May 2024 then I get an email saying so sorry they cant deliver as their is no stock what Florist does not have Bonsai Trees or as for NetFlorist what they are advertising. Then I try to get 2 x Birthday Personalised Gifts and again only in Cape Town availability, and when I arrange the delivery to go to CT I then get told only Extra Large is available so I try and Call and held on for 45Min and no answer - in the past they were amazing now their service is missing. I had to give on Star but in my opinion No Star is the Grade
