The objective of placing an flower order online for a special occasion to be delivered at a place of business is to have the order delivered during working hours to surprise your love one, I placed an order at 10:00am in the morning through Net Florist online only to enquire that the driver arrived after 17:00pm to have it delivered, my entirely day ruined, i will never ever use or recommend NetFlorist again, the service is pathetic throughout the entire journey.
