Netflorist offers pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. 3rd time I have been let down in the last year I tried to use them. Wanted something delivered yesterday, no delivery. Trying to cancel it as there won't be anyone available to collect if they deliver it today. Their voice recording says office hours 07h30 to 17h00. Definitely incorrect as it is 07h53 and still not open. I am beyond dissapointed in their service
