NetFlorist not worth the money spent,

I received 2 different sets of flowers; one a bouquet and one a bunch of gerberas after the passing of my husband. The bouquet only lasted 1 day before wilting and only the chrysanthemums and greenery survived. 2 of the gerbera flowers (out of about 10) were attached to florists wire and had obviously broken off, so they were just added to the bunch suspended in the air because no water could reach a 3 cm stalk.
