NetFlorist not very reliable

Every single time it is a let down in terms of service. I have to phone or message every time to find out the status of delivery, and most times the deliveries are late. ALL deliveries are in no shape or form as how they appear on the site. Complete different flowers. Valentines day bouquet was ordered on the 8th of Feb. Asked them to make sure its delivered before 16h00. Only got there after 17h00. When complaining all you get is a shoulders up attitude and they say "We apologize" or "It was very busy"... Thats why I ordered EARLY! I would NEVER recommend NetFlorist to anyone! This isnt one isolated incident, its happened EVERY SINGLE TIME
