NetFlorist not to be trusted

NetFlorist offers the option of adding additional items to an order when checking out, such as chocolates, cards, ribbons or balloons. On two occasions already I have opted for this, which of course adds to the total cost by R200 or more, only for the add-on items never to be delivered. Even though they were made aware of this, they choose to ignore it with no apology and no refund for the undelivered goods. It's completely unacceptable and goes without saying that *****ing money from customers in this way is a pathetic business practice.
